Welcome to The Cornerstone Connection Magazine!!

Ministry Statement

Hello everyone, my name is Wanda Lopez and I am the CEO of The Cornerstone Connection Magazine. We are located in the heart of the Four-Corners of New Mexico.

Our goal is to be the type of magazine that will have something for all ages. We are 100% for the family and we intend to do our best to afford you with material to read that will not only be inspirational but also educational. We must remember our children are our future, and they will play a big role in which decisions are made on a daily basis. I'm confident the youth pages that will appear in each issue will bless you.

Another intent of this magazine is to be there when hearts have been broken and the hurt lingers and there seems to be no one to care for that person. "We care"! This is why we are working vigorously to open a 24-hour-prayer hot line. On many occasions it helps to just hear a voice offering a word of encouragement on the other end of that phone line.

It is important to note that when we make God the center of our lives, all things are possible. It is only by the wonderful grace of God that this magazine is made possible, and HE receives all the glory for everything we do. You might say, "HE is the Boss and we are HIS employees."

I would like to point out something that is very noteworthy concerning this magazine. We're not just a magazine; we are a ministry! I realize the word ministry can be an intricate word but it's not projected to be such. There are many ministries out there; this is the reason I want everyone to be clear as well as comfortable concerning whom we are and what we do.

We believe . . .

Jesus is the "ONLY" Son of God. He died
on the cross for all our sins, rose on the third day and
is now at the right hand of the Father. We also believe that
one day HE will return in all HIS glory and we shall be
taken up to be with Him until the set time that we return
to earth with Him as He will rule and reign forever as our
Lord and Savior.

We are an Inter-Denominational Ministry and want everyone to know that this magazine is not just for the saved or the righteous, it is also for the sinner and the ones that need to make that profession of faith and ask Jesus into their hearts as, his or her Savior.

It is very important - to all of us at this magazine - that the public understands that we strive to be an outreach to our community. We are not ordained ministers, nor do we claim to have all the answers. We are always honored to lift you up in prayer if you have a need. We look forward to meeting the public and helping in any way we can.

Those of you that have become a part of our ministry via the internet are equally important to us. Our prayer request section has launched and both local and internet friends are invited to write to us. We are honored to lift your needs up before the lord and send them out to other prayer groups that we are affiliated with.

We will do our very best to bring you testimonies and articles that will bless you and hopefully minister to a hurting heart somewhere. We will have regular columns from very gifted writers and teachers from the US, Canada and Overseas. We have spent countless hours selecting these ministers in order to assure our readers that the truth, and only the truth will be published. The truth comes in only one form: "The Word of God".

My pledge - as the Publisher/Editor - to you - our readers - will be, "To do my best to be attentive to the Holy Spirit and only bring you the teachings, etc. that I truly feel God would want you to view. I want you to feel confident that this ministry will not consider anything or anyone's material that doesn't line up with the word of God".

Our main goal is to lift up the name of Jesus and introduce Him to others with various teachings and articles.
